Operation Christmas Child- Collection week is happening now until Sunday, November 23. Boxes are available in the pass-through and fellowship hall display.

Everyone is invited to stop into the church Saturday from 9 AM to 1PM to fill an OCC Shoebox! Our church members have generously donated box fillers to share the joy of Operation Christmas Child with everyone. Already have a Shoebox and need a couple filler, stop down! Have a full Shoebox? You are welcome to bring it down Saturday or to church Sunday. Any questions contact Malisa Niles.

 

Bible Study- Brian Powers’ Sunday School Class is entitled “Jesus Christ, God’s Only Son, Our Lord,” starting this week.  Thanks.

Youth Group- During November, the SHEF Youth Group will be hosting "Feeling the Warmth of God's Love Blanket and Sock Drive". Everyone is encouraged to bring in their new or gently used blankets, quilts, and socks to be donated to local organizations assisting those in need. Donations may be brought on Sunday, weekday mornings during, and Wednesday evenings. Questions or concerns, contact Malisa Niles.

 

Thanksgiving Dinner Potluck- Thursday, November 27th, 3-5pm. Stacey and Peggi Jones will be organizing the dinner. The church has provided turkeys and will need 2 volunteers to help cook 2 those birds! Please, if you are interested and love to cook, contact Stacey Jones at your earliest convenience. There will be a sign-up sheet in the passthrough to specify what food you are bringing (it can even be another whole turkey if you want!), and quantity of who will be bringing family/guests.

Ladies Christmas Gala- Saturday, December 13th. It’s time to start planning! Please sign-up in the pass-through if you’re willing to help. If you have questions, ask Gail Knotternus.

The 2025 theme is, Simply CHRIST ’mas. Elk Meat Donation- There is still elk meat. Please contact the office if you are interested in taking some or knowing a family in need of meat during these times of uncertainty.
