Praise, O servants of the LORD,

The name of the LORD is to be praised [with awe-inspired reverence].

4The LORD is high above all nations,

And His glory above the heavens.

5Who is like the LORD our God,

6Who humbles Himself to regard

The heavens and the earth?

7He raises the poor out of the dust

And lifts the needy from the ash heap,

SHEF Activities:

Secretary Position Open: The church is accepting applications for the church secretary position.  Anyone who is interested can get a copy of the application from the church office.

 

Wednesday| May 20 | 6pm| Final night of Youth Group | Brian will be grilling at his house, with fun and games!

 

Bible Studies- Wednesday’s | 6:30pm | Jim and Janice Gross’ bible study in their home, “7 Greatest Works of Love” by Rick Warren.

 

Graduation Sunday | May 24 | in between services-Congratulations to our 2026 graduates Emma Niles and Braden (Berto) Yeager! SHEF Grad Sunday will be May 24 with a reception between services. 

 

Camp Hallawasa | Work Weekend | Sat/Sun | May 30-31 | 10am- We will be focused on finishing slip/slide, clearing logs/slash, and general cleanup. All are invited whether you can stay for whole weekend or just a few hours. Talk to Alex Phelps, Malisa Niles, or Shelby Happe with questions! 

 

Missions- Oglala Missions Trip | Aug 9-14.  Anyone interested in the Mission’s Trip on the reservation hosted by Oyate Concern, please contact Shelley Harris with your full name and email address so that she can send to the Oyate Team. They will reach out to you for background checks (tribal rules). Shelley has packets available on the mission description.
