Do you need help with meals?
Our women’s ministry has a group of ladies available to help with meals if you are having surgery, are injured, or just need help with a good meal. Please contact SHEF church to set up dates and times if you would like assistance with preparing meals during a time of need.

As women, we enjoy every opportunity to build great relationships with one another and with Jesus Christ. One special way this takes place is through retreats and conferences. The women of Southern Hills Evangelical Free Church. have enjoyed many trips together, always resulting in lots of laughter, usually some tears and many opportunities for personal and spiritual growth. This Fall we are planning another special retreat when we travel to Rapid City, SD to participate in the Beth Moore “Living Proof Live” conference. Of course, building relationships is also achieved through a number of regular activities. There are special “women only” Bible studies and BLTs. Ladies’ salad luncheons, teas and other activities are regularly planned. Various ministry opportunities also bring the women together, such as the “Stitch to Enrich” group which knits, crotchets, or otherwise constructs mittens, hats and scarves for the homeless in our area.
