B.U.M.P. – Bridging Urban Missions Project

Each year our youth are given the opportunity to serve on a short-term mission team with the EFCA known as B.U.M.P. It is an experience designed to empower local, inner-city churches by providing resources to reach their community and raise up our youth as emerging servant-leaders. The participating students travel to the Twin Cities in Minnesota and conduct a Vacation Bible School at an inner-city church. The students help build a bridge from the church to the local, urban community, experience God in a new environment, gain an understanding of the issues facing inner-cities, and develop leadership skills to last a lifetime! It challenges and stretches them to serve God and spread the gospel to hurting people in need.
